  • Custom Orders

    All custom requests must be made by email. You may also contact us on Instagram via direct message.

  • Rush Orders

    Rush orders are not available during the months of October-December. These months are reserved for the busy Holiday season. If you would like to expedite your order during the months of January-September, you may submit a request via email. A $20+ fee will apply according to the item(s) being rushed.

  • Returns

    All sales are final unless they are damaged or you recieve the wrong item/incorrect personalization. In those instances, please email us as soon as possible so that we can send a replacement.
